It was his go-to, which, led him through an array of events that led him out to San Francisco during the magical time of the late 60s which he talks about candidly. He discusses how a set of circumstances during this time made him focus more on his beliefs. Which then led him to embark on a journey to Europe finally settling in the United Kingdom, taking his music with him.
He talks about the culture shock that he initially experienced and how he overcame that. More importantly, he discusses how a series of serendipitous events led him to develop his musical career. He illustrates how the band that he played for began and how they started to get traction, playing larger venues and accompanying other acts eventually leading to a recording contract with Chrysalis Records.
The listener will develop an appreciation for how the rule of six degrees of separation applies here. Also, there is some music history in this segment as well. This interview will benefit anybody interested in pursuing a musical career or anything with the arts. It can also benefit an audience where people may not be sure of what route to take. In essence, what they may want to do with their lives.
